The resin and compound list below is of solutions currently being used by our clients, and it should serve as a guide. We are able to develop and customize resins and compounds that are ideal for your application or target.
After first contact, we will discuss your project in general terms, covering the plastic you are currently using and your target (plastic reduction, cost reduction, etc). We will also ask for an idea of your product's end use or application.
If necessary, we will sign a 2 or 3-party NDA to cover future discussions. The NDA will be between you, Ecoshell LLC, and any partner or contracting factory we are using.
Before we suggest the appropriate resin our compound, we will collect detailed information about the specific plastic you are using and the product's application. We will also collect the desired standards and specifications that your product will need to meet.
Our engineers will provide the best solution for your material and application, taking into account the targets you have set.
If our proposed resin is acceptable, we will send you up to 25KG of sample resin for you to try out, along with the resin's TDS and SDS. Our engineers will also help with direction and guidance.
Once you are thrilled with the results and quality, we can arrange a larger shipment based on your needs or for a larger product run.
